PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to put in order the front side and the rear side of a paper money even without providing a front and rear sides inversion mechanism and to make it possible to attain miniaturization, simplification and a low cost of the device. SOLUTION: A storage part of paper moneys consists of plural storage part for every denomination 28, 29 and 30 and a simultaneous storage part 16, the storage parts 28 to 30 for every denomination, the simultaneous storage part 16 and a simultaneous temporary holding part 27 share an entrance and an exist of the paper money and has an entrance and exit parts 31 and 49 which reverse a moving direction of the paper money from the time of storage to the time of paying out. Each of the entrance and exist parts 31 and 49 is coupled to carrier paths carry the paper money in one direction and make a loop. Also, the device is equipped with a control means 60 which, in paying out the paper money in the simultaneous temporary holding part 27 and classification containing it into plural storage parts, has the storage parts 28 to 30 for every denomination store the paper money of one of the front and rear sides and has the simultaneous storage part 16 to store the paper money of the other side, pays out the paper money of the other side stored in the simultaneous storage part 16 at the time of classification storage completion or of replenishment instruction and has the storage parts 28 to 30 for every denomination store it, so that the front and rear sides of the paper money in each of the storage parts are made even.
