PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely, simply and quickly dissolve and filter a sample by forming at least a part of a device by a porous material, and applying magnetic field to a sample container, where a sample holding a magnetic substance is enclosed and to a sample container stored in the interior of a dissolving container. SOLUTION: A high polymer sample is enclosed in a sample container 10, and put with a solvent in a dissolving container 1, to be set on an aluminum block 2 as a heating and magnet means, and a heater 5 and a motor 8 are operated to dissolve and filter a high polymer sample or the like. A sample to be dissolved and filtered is enclosed as it is in a solid state in a sample container, and a cover is put on the container. The sample container 10 is put in the dissolving container 1 made of glass or the like, and a solvent is added. The dissolving container 1 is set on a magnet means and a heating means, a temperature is raised to a designated value, and in the magnet means, a plate with a magnet 7 is rotated by a motor 8. A solvent is capable of freely going in and out of the sample container 10 through a porous material part, so that the sample is dissolved in the container 10 and moved through the porous material part to the outside of the container 10 to be diffused in the solvent in the dissolving container 1.
