PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minutely manage a copying machine in which plural image recording parts are connected to an image reading part for every image recording part by imparting information the specified management information and identification information of each image recording part to a copying machine managing device. SOLUTION: A copying machine main body reader part 1 is connected to plural image output devices such as printers 31 and 32 communicably. This copying machine managing device 2 is connected to the reader part 1 through a specified communication medium communicably to menage the reader part 1. The reader part 1 imparts the specified management information (the version information of a control program and a product code stored in the ROM 3103 of the DC controller 3100 of the printers 31 and 32) of plural image recording devices such as the printers 31 and 32 to the device 2 together with the identification information (identification ID) of the respective image recording devices. Thus, the copying machine in which the plural image recording parts are connected to the image reading part is managed minutely for every image recording part by the one device 2. |
