SOLUTION: By pressurizing an adjustment angle 5 with a tilt adjusting screw 6a, an elastic deformation part 4a of a chassis fixed with a guide shaft support member 3a is tilted. Thus, a drive guide shaft 2a for transferring the optical pickup 1 in the radial direction of the optical disk 8 is tilted, and the objective lens 17 of the optical pickup 1 supported to the drive guide shaft 2a is tilt adjusted with the optical disk 8.
