PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a victim to easily notify surrounding persons of a molestation in a vehicle by receiving a radio wave oscillated by a portable oscillator carried by a passenger and informing that there is a molester in the vehicle. SOLUTION: A person who purchased or borrowed the portable oscillator 10 carries the portable oscillator 10 and rides on a vehicle, and presses its switch 11 when molested. Each vehicle is provided with a receiver 20 for receiving a radio wave outputted by the portable oscillator 10 at the front part, center part, and rear part. Further, each vehicle is provided with a speaker 30 at the front part, center part, and rear part. Then each receiver 20 sends a detection signal to a controller 50 when receiving the radio wave outputted from the portable oscillator 10. The controller 50 drives a buzzer 70 when a detection signal is sent from at least one receiver 20 and decides the place of the molester according to the installation position of the receiver 20 to display the place of the molester on a display machine 60.
