PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily grasp a color change on a two-dimensional(2D) plane by expressing the condition of the color change with one parameter while using a 3D space coordinate system such as L*a*b table color system or RGB table color system. SOLUTION: In the L*a*b table color coordinate system, for example, the condition of the color change in respect to a distance from the surface of an object to be tested is approximated for each L*a*b element by a prescribed function. Next, a length D1 of full route Path#1 from the start point of the L*a*b table color coordinate system to the end point and a length D2 of route Path#2 from the start point to any arbitrary point are respectively found by route integration using the prescribed function. Next, the ratio of the route length D2 to the arbitrary point to the full route length D1 is found as a transition rate Rcc. Then, by showing the 2D plane while making the discoloration rate Rcc correspondent to a longitudinal axis and the spread of a space correspondent to a lateral axis, the condition of the color change can be comparatively easily grasped.
