PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact solid electrolytic capacitor in which a high capacity, low impedance, satisfactory moisture-resistant load characteristic, excellent heat-resistance, and excellent thermal stress relaxing characteristics can be obtained, and a method for manufacturing this. SOLUTION: Solid electrolytic layers are provided on a dielectric film formed on a valve action metallic surface having microfine holes in this solid electrolytic capacitor. At least one part of the solid electrolytic layers are structured in layers. This solid electrolytic capacitor has a solid electrolytic layer containing (1) sulfoquinoneanion having a sulfoanion group and a quinon structure and the other anion, and a solid electrolytic layer containing (2) anthracenesulfon acid having a sulfonic acid group and the other anion in a conducive high polymer having a special condensed ring structure. |
