PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a key telephone set with power failure function for which it is not necessary to widen the area of incoming call display part by fabricating incoming call display elements into one set. SOLUTION: Concerning the key telephone set with power failure function connected to a base unit, to which plural analog outside wires are connected, operated by the power source of the base unit and provided with a speech circuit, data transmission/reception circuit, function buttons and incoming call display elements 71 and 72 for displaying the incoming call to the outside wires or the like, the incoming call is displayed by the incoming call display elements 71 and 72 at the time of electrification and power failure. The incoming call display elements 71 and 72 are LED. This system uses a bus.
