PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-wavelength semiconductor module, in which a plurality of semiconductor laser chips is assembled on one base, so that their light emitting points is positioned at the same position. SOLUTION: In a semiconductor laser module, semiconductor laser chips 3 and 4 having different wavelengths are assembled on one base 2 by adjusting the chips 3 and 4, so that their light emitting points becomes the same, when viewed from the light emitting side and a wavelength filter 5 which transmits and emits the prescribed one of the beams emitted from the chips 3 and 4 and emits the other beam through reflection is provided.
