PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce parasitic capacity and electric resistance of wiring without complicating the driving sequence. SOLUTION: Light emitting devices 34, respectively having first and second electrodes, are disposed two-dimensionally in a long region. First wiring 40 connected to the first electrodes as lines which is formed in the direction of longer sides, and second wiring 42 connected to the second electrodes as rows which is formed in the direction of shorter sides are connected in the form of a matrix to form a light emitting device array. In this case, the light emitting device array is divided into plural blocks, which can be driven independently. Line wiring and row wiring are arranged for the light emitting device array in each of the divided plural blocks, and the lead wire of the line wiring is led out in the direction of the row. |
