PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve, in a copying-machine system conducting user limit management by the use of an ID card or password, the smooth operation of the system by identifying a bad-mannered user and also letting a user know that he/she forgot to take output paper with him/her. SOLUTION: The information of an ID card inputted from a card reader 11 is read and the user information is checked against data registered in an external storage device 4, thereby identifying a user, and the use of the copying machine is permitted under the control of a CPU 1. Also, at the time of copying, information specifying the user is printed and outputted onto a part of output paper. |
