摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery degradation diagnosis method, capable of determining whether or not a poor degraded characteristic abnormal battery that was not detected at the delivery time is mixed in. SOLUTION: At a vehicle running time, a capacity degradation ratio Krc(%) of a combined battery is calculated according to operation data of a battery group containing at least the total voltage, total current and a temperature of the battery group, and a cycle degradation ratio and a preservation degradation ratio during non-use time corresponding to a charging/discharging repetition frequency are calculated, based on a battery standard characteristic according to the charging/discharging repetition frequency and the preservation time during non-use time, and a characteristic degradation ratio RR(%) is obtained as a sum of the cycle degradation ratio and the preservation degradation ratio. When Krr(%) is a prescribed value, the degradation of the battery is particularly inferior to a standard degradation characteristic, when the relation of (100-Krc)-RR>Krr is satisfied, and then it is determed that a poor degraded characteristic battery is mixed is that was not detected at producing time of the batteries.
