PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication control circuit which has a minimized intermediate buffer. SOLUTION: A controller circuit 1 is connected to the input terminal of a Reed-Solomon encoder/decoder 3 via an input buffer 2, and the output terminal of the encoder/decoder 3 is connected to the circuit 1 via an output buffer 4. Meanwhile, a parallel/serial conversion circuit 5 is connected to the circuit 1. The data inputted to the circuit 1 are inputted to the encoder/decoder 3 and the result outputted from the encoder/decoder 3 is inputted again to the circuit 1. Thus, the circuit 1 alternately executes the output of data to the encoder/decoder 3 and the input of data from the encoder/decoder 3.
