PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly carry out the assembly work of a rotor, and reduce the cost, with simple constitution and in simple process. SOLUTION: The first taper face 40 is made on its inner-face side, and this rotor is equipped with a plurality of sliders 42 with which a permanent magnet 36 contacts on its outer-face side. Furthermore, the second taper face 44 in contact with the first taper face 40 is made on the outer-face side, and this is equipped with a rotor part 46 in which the second taper face 40 in contact with the first taper face 40 is provided on its outer-face side and which expands the sliders 42 integrally with the permanent magnets 36 and a cylindrical member 38 through the first and second taper faces 40 and 44 by forcing it in on the inner-face side of the sliders 42, and a fixing means 48 which fixes the rotor part 46 to a rotary shaft 34.
