PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a block for forming cable line, which can be suitably used for forming a line for a power cable, a communication cable and an optical fiber cable. SOLUTION: A block 1 is formed of a plurality of socket members 3, 3, etc., which receive the pipe end parts of cable insertion pipes and which can receive and hold the pipe end parts, so that they can slide in the required range and block members 2 which integrally connect/hold a plurality of socket members 3. In such a case, the base end parts 2b of the block members 2 are formed so that they match fitting holes formed on the sidewall of hand holes. Tip parts 2a protruding from the sidewall of the hand holes are made the installing parts of the protective pipes covering all of the cable insertion pipes.
