PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a salinity concentration meter in which the salinity concentration of miso soup is measured every day by common person so as to be useful in daily health control. SOLUTION: In a salinity concentration meter, a high-frequency voltage V1 is generated by a constant voltage part 1 and an inverter 2 by using a power supply E such as a dry cell or the like, electrode plates 4, 5 for measurement and a temperature measuring element 6 are immersed in a solution 8 to be measured, a container 7 is formed to be a spoon shape, the solution is scooped, and a salinity concentration is measured on the basis of a current which flows across the electrode plates 4, 5.
