SOLUTION: The light storage layer 2 which is the mixture prepd. by mixing the light storage material particles to emit light with the UV and polyvinyl chloride, polyester resin, acryl ester resin, etc., which are transparent vehicle or forming the mixture into a paste form is formed on the rear side of the adherable transparent layer 1.
