PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency transmission line where mismatching of characteristics impedance is avoided and occurrence of a reflected wave of a high frequency signal is avoided even when a line width and a line shape or the like are deviated from the design values due to dispersion or a defect or the like in a manufacturing process of the high frequency transmission line. SOLUTION: The high frequency transmission line consists of a dielectric substrate 1 having a ground conductor layer 22 on a lower face and of a line conductor layer 23 formed on an upper face of a dielectric substrate 21, and part of the line has a line width changing part or a line bent. The dielectric substrate 21 at least beneath the line width changing part or the line bent is made of a side-chain type liquid crystal polymer. Since the dielectric constant can be changed by changing the alignment direction of mesogen group M of the liquid crystal polymer, mismatch of the characteristics impedance of the line conductor layer 23 is suppressed it is possible to reduce the accurrence of reflected waves of a high frequency signal. |
