PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide medical bill inspecting device capable of speeding up the inspection of contents of the bill in a medical institution or an insurer, reducing manpocuers required therefor, and improving the accuracy thereof. SOLUTION: This bill inspecting device is provided with an auxiliary storage device 2 for storing disease-medicine combination information combining each disease and medicines adapted to the disease and storing disease-medical treatment combination information combining each disease and medical treatment adapted to the disease, a CPU 1 for judging whether the combination of a disease included in a receipt and prescribed medicines coincides with the disease- medicine combination information or not and judging whether the combination of the disease included in the bill and executed medical treatment coincides with the disease-medical treatment combination information or not, and a CRT 3 and a printer 4 for notifying the existence of non-coincidence when either one of respective judged results is non-coincident. |
