PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently hold an electrical mechanical connection strength of an internal electrode and an electrical element by a method, wherein the surface of the internal electrode for fixing an electronic element to a base is formed with a silver palladium alloy and a surface of an external electrode connected to the internal electrode is formed with gold. SOLUTION: A ceramic package 10 comprises a base 11, a lid 12 and a cavity inside the base 11. The base 11 is coated with a lid 12, so that an electric element disposed in the base 11 is sealed airtight. An internal electrode 14 for connecting the electrical element is disposed mechanically and electrically. The surface of an internal electrode is constituted of a silver palladium alloy and a surface of an external electrode linked with the internal electrode is constituted of gold. Thus, it is possible to improve the coupling property between the internal electrode, the external electrode, conductive adhesive and solder.
