PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continue a master/slave relation between a started master process and slave process. SOLUTION: A master process part 2 restarted by a master process starting means 1 examines a process information table 6 and starts a monitoring process part 7 when there is a slave process part where 'a master process ID started a slave process' and the master process ID of the part 2 are different from each other. The part 7 monitors the slave process part where 'a master process ID which started a slave process' and the master process ID of the part 2 are different from each other in the table 6, and informs the part 2 in the case when the slave process part is abnormally stopped. The part 2 restarts the slave process part to repeat processing to continue the master/slave relation between the part 2 and slave process A part 3 to C part 5.
