PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computer system which can set an item to be read out of a received electronic mail to read only the desired item. SOLUTION: A reception mail acquisition part 22 requests transfer of a reception mail to an electronic mail transmission/reception system 10 and transfers the reception mail, which is transferred in response to this request, to a voice synthesizing part 23. When the reception mail is transferred to the voice synthesizing part 23 from the reception mail acquisition part 22, the voice synthesizing part 23 refers to a voice synthesizing dictionary 32 to synthesize voice data corresponding to text data belonging to an item set as the reading- out object by a setting information file 31 out of items of the transmitter, transmission destination, references, the reception day, the subject, and contents which constitute this reception mail. |
