PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a single operation securely and quickly. SOLUTION: A memory means 31 in which a plurality of newest frequency data detected successively are stored is provided in a distributed power supply device which converts a DC power into an AC power for a linkage operation and which has a zero-phase detecting means 32 which detects the zero-phase of a linkage point voltage VAC, a frequency detecting means 33 which detects the frequency of the linkage point voltage, an output frequency determining means 34 which determines an output frequency in a direction promoting a deviation between the detected frequency and a reference frequency if the deviation exists, a current output means 35 which starts the output of a current with the determined frequency so as to be synchronized with the zero-phase and a single operation detecting means 36 which judges that a single operation exists if the deviation between the detected frequency and the reference frequency exceeds a predetermined value. The output frequency determining means 34 recognizes the frequency of the linkage point voltage in accordance with the plurality of frequency data stored in the memory means 31 and, if the deviation between the recognized frequency and the reference frequency exists, adds a shift value in a direction of promoting the deviation to the recognized frequency to determine the output frequencies successively. |
