PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a cleaning device light and easily handlable, to eliminate the scattering of radioactive substance, and to enable a cleaning device to perform a cleaning operation easily and safely by cleaning a contaminated surface locally and at the time, drive a drive part with pressurized air. SOLUTION: Since the rotation of a horizontal cleaning brush 29 is driven by an air brush 30 and an ejector 37 is used as a means for sucking a suction chamber 30, the entire weight of a cleaning device body 40, a suction hose 36, the ejector 37, and a dust-collection device 38 becomes approximately 7-8 kg. Therefore, the need for setting a cleaning operation is completely eliminated, the cleaning device body is placed at a location where the red rust of a flange seal surface 10 occurs, pressurized air is supplied to an air motor 30 and the ejector 37 by an air hose 39a for drive, thus easily and efficiently performing a cleaning operation. Also, since a horizontal cleaning brush 29 is surrounded by scattering prevention brushes 32 and 33 and a suction chamber 31 is narrow, secure suction is enabled even by the compact ejector 37.
