PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the high frequency switch circuit with a simple circuit structure where a switch is easily changed over. SOLUTION: Four ports P1-P4 are provided at an interval of 90 deg. on a ring- shaped micro strip line 20 whose surrounding length is 2 wavelengths, diodes 21-24 are placed between the adjacent ports P1-P4 and the diodes placed diagonally are divided into two groups. The anodes of the diodes 21, 23 of one group are connected to the micro strip line 20 and the cathodes are connected to the ground. The cathodes of the diodes 22, 24 of the other group are connected to the micro strip line 20 and an 'H' level signal is applied to the anodes via terminals 25, 26. Moreover, capacitors 27, 28 are connected between the terminal 25, 26 and the ground. Then a switching signal is applied to the micro strip line 20 via a high frequency blocking coil 29 and a control terminal 30.
