PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent reflection of electromagnetic wave by arranging rectangular prism ferrites in parallel, at a specified interval, on an electromagnetic wave reflector and directing the upper surface of ferrite in the direction of the electromagnetic wave. SOLUTION: The electromagnetic wave absorbing panel 7 comprises an electromagnetic wave reflector 17 arranged on the bottom 16 of an outer frame 15 constituting the entirety and rectangular prism ferrites 18 arranged on the upper surface thereof at a specified interval. Upper surface of the ferrite 18 is directed in the direction of the electromagnetic wave and the ferrites are closed by a holding member 19 so that they are restricted from the upper surface. Since television radio wave is not reflected but absorbed on the indoor side of a building, reflection of electromagnetic wave can be prevented even in a building having a an electromagnetic wave shield room.
