PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inform people around attracting attention by automatically generating an alarm only by pulling out a wallet from a pocket without operating detailed switch operation when an old man is about to faint and by automatically generating an alarm to draw attention when a valuables container such as the wallet is likely to be lost or to be stolen by others. SOLUTION: This device consists of a valuables container (a wallet 11), an insertion card 12 and a wire 15, each parts of an alarm 14 is disposed in a projection area of the insertion card 12, and a switch 14e of the alarm 14 has a switch pin 14g inserted and a contact point 145 is turned off. An end of the wire 15 is fixed on a bottom of a pocket of clothes through a safety pin 16 or the like. Under a constitution such as this, when an emergency occurs and tension adds to the wire 15, the switch 14e is pulled out of the switch pin 14g, the contact point is turned on and the alarm 14 generates the alarm.
