PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical pick-up device which emits light onto a record medium for recording information and also reads the information from it. SOLUTION: This optical pick-up device comprises a fixed base 500, a turning block 600, a holder 850, a bobbin 800, a base plate 700, a focusing coil 820 and a tracking coil 830, a 1st magnet 730 forming a magnetic field in the direction orthogonal to a current flowing through the focusing coil 820 and 1st inner and outer yokes 710, 720, a fixed optical system 900 which emits a light beam to a record medium and receives the light reflected from this record medium, a reflecting mirror 610, tilt coils 621, 622, and a 2nd magnet 630 forming a magnetic field in the direction orthogonal to a current flowing through the tilt coils 621, 622 and a 2nd yokes 640, 650.
