PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low cost heat sink having high heat dissipating efficiency. SOLUTION: The base end part of a fin 4 is inserted into a recessed groove part formed on a surface 3a on the fin mounting side of the base 3 of a tabular metal heat sink, where a heat generating body 2 is mounted on the surface of one side, and the groove part and the inserting end of the fin 4 are fixed by performing a caulking operation. Also, a pair of fin members 6 are formed leaving the prescribed interval by bending the base end part of the fin 4 into a U-shape or channel shape, and a bent end 7 of the fin member 6 and the groove part are fixed through caulking work. |
