PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminaire capable of reducing the packing size and capable of attaining a degree of freedom at execution work time. SOLUTION: A main liminaire 1 has a main luminaire body 1a and a cover 1b, and the main luminaire body 1a has a main illumination lighting block 1c, a socket 1d, a fluorescent lamp 1e, a main illumination switch 1f, an auxiliary illumination switch 1g, the housing part 1h for housing a support part 3 and a cover installing tool 1i. In a shape of this embodiment, the cover 1b is a fitting system by pushing it against the cover installing tool 1i of the main luminaire body 1a from the under surface, but is not limited to this. The support arm 3 is constituted so as to be housed and projected in the housing part 1h of the main luminaire 1, and an auxiliary luminaire 2 is slidably installed along the support arm 3 on the support arm 3. A fixing member for fixing a luminaire to the installing surface is arranged on the other end of the side to be housed in the housing part 1h of the support arm 3. In a shape of this embodiment, a screw hole 4a is formed, and is constituted so as to be fixed to the installing surface by a screw 4b.
