PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a measurement tube light in weight and small in eddy current loss, to stabilize the zero point, and to improve the noise resistance while reducing the effect of magnetic flux differentiation noise to a rise and a fall of an exciting current even when a frequency of excitation is fast. SOLUTION: A tube body 1A is made of FRP, the inner peripheral surface is lined, and flanges 1B are fitted to the outer peripheral surface at both the ends. The FRP for use is prepared by mixing glass fiber and a reinforcing material with synthetic resin. To manufacture the tube main body 1A, plural reinforcing materials made of glass fibers in a sheet or mat shape are stacked on the outer periphery of the lining 2 across synthetic resin such as polyester. Then the synthetic resin is set by being heated at a given temperature to integrally form the reinforcing materials, thus manufacturing the tube body 1A made of the FRP.
