PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser light source device of a simple and small-sized construction, which stably emits light in a range of light emittable wavelengths of the laser light source. SOLUTION: A wavelength rocker 4 is provided at one light beam emitting end of a semiconductor laser 1. An interference light filter 3 and a photodiodes PD1 and PD2, for receiving transmitting light and reflected light from the interference light filter 3, are disposed in a wavelength rocker 4. The output ratio between the photodiodes PD1 and PD2 is calculated and the wavelengths are controlled in such a way that the output ratio is a specified value. The semiconductor laser 1 and the wavelength rocker 4 are sealed in an optical module 11 and is mounted on a substrate with other blocks. In this way, a small-sized device can stably emit light with the desired wavelengths.
