The system is also provided with a circulation means for automatically sending an examination requesting document to the examiner specified in the partition to which the document preparator belongs when a sign for defining document preparation is written, and when a sign for the definition of the examination is written, automatically sending an approval requesting document to the specified approver. Since a product to be charged is scarcely changed even when the system of a company is changed, labor for changing the registration of data necessary for the control of circulation in a partition of each product unit at the time of changing the system of the company can be extremely reduced. |
