PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earth spring device which can be deformed to be contacted along a contact surface of an upper case to improve the contact condition, and by which the undesired deformation and fracture of an earth spring in the mounting and demounting of the case can be prevented. SOLUTION: An end of an earth spring body 1 is located approximately in parallel with an upper case when the upper case 2 is loaded on a lower case 4 by providing the earth spring body 1 with a first and second inclination parts 1b, 1c, whereby the separation of the conductive coating applied on the upper case 2 can be reduced. Further by mounting a locking portion 1d to the end of the earth spring body 1, the locking portion 1d is contacted with a rear surface of a printed board 3 when the upper case 2 is removed, whereby, the undesired deformation and fracture of the earth spring body 1 can be prevented.
