PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a smaller size of a weight sensor part and a higher weight measuring accuracy. SOLUTION: A rotating shaft 15 is so arranged to be rotatable and vertically movable with a bearing 19 in such a fashion of vertically piercing a bottom plate 14a of a thermal cooking chamber 14 and a rotary carrier base 16 is linked to an upper end part of the rotating shaft 15. A spring receptacle 27 is provided at a part below a lower end part of the rotating shaft 15 and a coil spring 30 is provided on the spring receptacle 27. A core member 31 is supported by the coil spring 30 from below while an upper end thereof supports a lower end 20a of the rotating shaft 15 and is displaced according to a load on the rotating shaft 15 and according to a spring force of the coil spring 30. A coil 35 is provided at a part below the rotating shaft 15 to make up a sensor part 36 together with the core member 31 and the inductance thereof varies with a vertical displacement of the core member 31.
