PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply unit capable of restraining excessive drop of AC output voltage even if large starting current is passed through a load. SOLUTION: This power supply unit includes a booster circuit 2 boosting DC voltage supplied to an input circuit 1, a capacitor C3 storing the voltage boosted by the booster circuit 2, and an orthogonal transformation circuit 3 converting the voltage stored in the capacitor C3 into AC voltage and outputting it, wherein a diode D1 is connected between the input circuit 1 and the capacitor 3. |
