PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a horn speaker than can reduce a sound pressure of a sound wave listened to as noise radiated in directions other than a desired direction without the need for an excess cost. SOLUTION: A sound of a siren or the like outputted from a driver unit 2 is gradually made louder in a horn 1 with a folding structure and emitted tot the outside of the horn 1 from an opening and also emitted to the outside of the horn 1 through sounding holes 15 formed on a rear side of the horn 1. In this case, the sounding holes 15 are arranged on a rear face or a side face of the horn 1 so that the sound of siren or the like emitted from the sounding holes 15 and the opening are in opposite phase to each other in directions other than the desired direction. Furthermore, a film that is capable of propagating sound is adhered to the sounding holes 15 in order to prevent rainfall or the like from invading into the horn 1 through the sounding holes 15.
