PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the renewal cost of an already installed control board by shortening the period of verification tests and reducing a work time by replacing the control board with a new control board in a prescribed procedure. SOLUTION: Firstly, an intermediate board 3 is prepared and two junction cables 9 are wired to an already installed control board 1 from the board 3. Of the two contacts (a) and (b) of the board 3, one contact (a) is closed and the other (b) is closed, and then, their one ends are connected to each other. The two junction cables 9 are connected to both terminals of the contact (a). The cables 9 are directly sleeve-connected to wiring 8 with a space in between. When the cables 9 are connected to the control board 1, the board 1 can be maintained in an operating state. When the two direct sleeve-junctions 7 are disconnected from each other, a controller is connected to the 1/04 of the control board 1 through the wiring 8, one direct sleeve junction 7, one junction cable, the contact (a) of the intermediate board 3, the other junction cable 9, and the other direct sleeve junction 7 in this order and a facility can be maintained in an operating state. The control board 1 is moved to a shunting location and replaced with a new control board.
