<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bus system capable of appropriately increasing or reducing the number of substrates as necessary. SOLUTION: This bus system is provided with backboards 1a, 1b and 1c for addition provided with a socket 3 for mounting the substrate 21, connectors 4 for being connected to each other and a substrate detection switch 5 for detecting the presence/absence of the mounted substrate and a terminating resistance control board 10. Thus, the number of the substrates 21 connected to the connector 4 of the backboard for the addition and mounted is judged by signals from the substrate detection switch 5 and a required terminating resistance value is set.</p> |
