PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating device whose safety is excellent by preventing abnormal temperature rising even in the case that abnormality is caused at either of plural exothermic resistors. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a heating body 2 having the plural exothermic resistors 8a and 8b fixed and supported by a fixed member, a temperature detecting member 19 arranged in the vicinity of either one of the plural exothermic resistors 8a and 8b of one surface of the heating body 2, and a safety member 18 respectively arranged in the vicinity of the plural exothermic resistors 8a and 8b of one surface of the heating body 2 where the temperature detecting member 19 is not arranged.
