PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To totally manage position information and installation information of a device by using a specific number of a network node for a key. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a physical database 1 that stores physical connection configuration of nodes 2 being managed and a logical database 3 that monitors the network node 2 to store logical operation information. A processing section 4 retrieves current operation information and a current physical connection configuration of a specific network node 2 based on the physical database 1 and the logical database 3 cross-referenced based on a specific number of the node 2 and the result of retrieval is displayed on a display section 5.
