PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cut a wire into a suitable length by performing, according to the dimension directed by a drawing, the dimensional correction of a part of the wire passing through a jig by being bent, the dimensional correction of a wire termination part to be inserted into a cavity of a connector housing, and the dimensional correction of a wire termination part to be inserted into a cavity of a connector housing located more outside than the outside diameter of a wire harness. SOLUTION: A part of a wire passing through a jig is preferably corrected in relation to the dimension directed by a drawing by using a dimension with which a wire located at the cross-sectional center of a wire harness is bent passing between the central position between both the left and right side frames of a wire holding part of the jig, and the frame on the inner peripheral side in the bent direction of the wire. A wire termination part to be inserted into a connector housing cavity is corrected by subtracting the distance to the tip position of the wire in the connector housing and adding the tolerance dimension from the tip of the connector housing. A wire termination part to be inserted into a connector housing cavity located outside the wire harness outside diameter is corrected by using the dimension provided by adding a predetermined dimension to the size of the wire located at the cross-sectional center of the wire harness. |
