PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deaerate photovoltaic devices sufficiently, when they are laminated into a solar cell module to obtain the solar cell module of high reliability. SOLUTION: Photovoltaic devices 1001 are connected with a connecting member 1002 into a photovoltaic device group, and the photovoltaic device groups are laminated into a solar cell module, wherein provided that the area of the photovoltaic device 1001 is represented by A and the sum of the area of a gap 1004 between the two adjacent photovoltaic devices and the area of another gap 1005 between the two adjacent photovoltaic devices is represented by B, A and B are so set as to satisfy the formula, 0.0003<= B/A <=0.045.
