PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the superconducting filter module where a filter electric characteristics is measured and adjusted while a substrate for a superconducting filter circuit is kept in a vacuum heat insulation vessel to maintain a substantial operating environment. SOLUTION: A 1st dielectric substrate 1 on which a 1st wiring conductor layer 3 including a resonance circuit with superconducting wires and a 1st ground conductor layer 5 are formed is fitted to a support base 7 whose temperature is controlled. A 2nd dielectric substrate 2 on which a 2nd wire conductor layer 4 and a 2nd ground conductor layer 6 are formed is placed in a vacuum heat insulation vessel 60 while the 1st wire conductor layer 3 and the 2nd wire conductor layer 4 are connected electrically through electromagnetic coupling, and the 1st wire conductor layer 3 and the 2nd wire conductor layer 4 configure a superconducting filter circuit in this superconducting filter module. The resonance frequency and the pass band width are separately and easily adjusted without work-processing a printed circuit board after extracting it from the vessel.
