PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent failures such as leak, etc., in an ultrasonic washer, etc. SOLUTION: A circuit board 13, etc., are housed in the inside of an ultrasonic washer body 1. A cover 19 is fitted to the lower part of the body 1 and a housing space 20 is formed between the body 1 and the cover 19. An inlet 21 is fitted to the cover 19. Then the inside of the body 1 communicates with the housing space 20, and a connecting hole 17 for providing a lead wire 22 connecting the circuit board 13 with the inlet 21 is made above the inlet 21. When a washing liquid is removed from a washing tank 6 by tilting the body 1, it often flows on the lower body 1 and enter the housing space 20 through a clearance between the inlet 21 and fitting hole 18. However, since the connection hole 17 is formed at higher position than the inlet 21, the washing liquid hardly enter the body 1 along the lead wire 22 and arrives at the circuit board 13. Further, this washer can be assembled easily only by passing the lead wire 22 through the connection hole 17, resulting in simplified structure.
