PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the handling of modes other than a register mode and to improve the work efficiency. SOLUTION: This processor is provided with split display control means (CPU 11 and ROM 12) which simultaneously visibly form a screen of a customer displayer 21CST together with a screen of a cashier display unit 21, split display object data in another mode, store one of the display object data after splitting in a memory 13A, store the other of the display object data in another memory 13B, display one of the display object data in the screen of the cashier displayer 21 and display the other display object data in the screen of the customer display unit 21CST. Thus, the display object data in a mode other than a register mode are split-displayed in both of the display units 21 and 21CST.
