PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry toner capable of balancing the image concentration and image fog, exerting no adverse influence on a developing sleeve, a photoreceptor drum and an intermediate transfer body and being applied to an electrophotographic process to a high degree. SOLUTION: In a toner containing at least a binding resin, wax and an organic metallic compound, (1) the organic metallic compound has zirconium as a metallic element, and is a zirconium complex or zirconium complex salt by coordinating aromatic diol, an aromatic hydroxycarboxylic acid or an aromatic polycarboxylic acid as a ligand, and (2) a shape factor of the toner measured by an image analyzer is characterized in that a value of SF-1 is 100<SF-1<=160, and a value of SF-2 is 100<SF-2<=140. |
