<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binder which is constituted of a small number of parts and easy to assemble and manufacture. SOLUTION: This binder 1 is constituted of a base 2, a lever 3, and a shaft 4, with the base 2 and the lever 3 supported rotatably with a center around the shaft 4. The binder 1 involves a ratchet mechanism 10 for making the shaft 4 rotate only in one direction, when the lever 3 is repetitively-rotated with respect the base 2. The ratchet mechanism 10 is constituted of a first ratchet tooth 6 formed around an opening 24 of a side plate 22, a second ratchet tooth 7 formed around an opening 33 of a side plate 31, and a first nail 8 and a second nail 9 formed in a protruding manner around the shaft 4 and respectively engaged with the first and second ratchets 6, 7. Both ends of the shaft 4 are respectively formed with a set of three pieces of leg pieces 42, 43 differing in length from each other, which are bent outward into a desirable shape and by abutting their end parts on the side plates 32, 31, the axial position or a movable range of the shaft 4 is regulated.</p> |
