PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack comprising an overcharge protecting circuit having a simple structure and superior in the practical applicability. SOLUTION: A copper plate 4 is electrically insulatably and heat conductably contacted with a plurality of cells 1-3 adjacent to one another, and a temperature sensor 6 is contacted with the copper plate 4. Whereby a number of cells which can be monitored without increasing the number of expensive temperature sensors, can be increased, and a temperature detecting device of a battery pack superior in the reliability can be economically realized.
