PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery holder with no mounting polarity and a circuit thereof for a button battery and the like. SOLUTION: When a button battery 18 is mounted on a RAM card, a terminal arranged in the RAM card side is positively pressed on a plus electrode of the button battery 18, while a terminal B and a terminal C are pressed to either of the plus electrode or a minus electrode in the installation of the button battery 18. Therefore, the terminals B, C are connected to the button battery 18 via diodes respectively, and power supply to a load 24 can be carried out when the button battery 18 is set in either condition.
